Welcome to Meya! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Meya mobile application ("App") provided by Root Labs OÜ ("we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account or using Meya, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via in-app notification. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
The "Last Updated" date at the top indicates when these Terms were last revised.

Meya offers subscription plans ("Meya Pro") that provide access to premium features. Subscription details, pricing, and features are presented within the App.
All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's terms and conditions for in-app purchases.
We do not store or have access to your payment information.
Subscription prices are subject to change at any time. Price changes will not affect active subscriptions until renewal.
We may offer free trials for new subscribers. You will be charged when the trial period ends unless you cancel before the trial expires.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings:
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until that date. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.
Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund:

Meya is NOT a substitute for professional advice. AI-generated content should not be considered:

You are responsible for how you interpret and act on AI-generated recommendations. We are not liable for decisions you make based on AI content.
Meya and all its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to design, text, graphics, logos, icons, and software) are owned by Root Labs OÜ and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
"Meya," the Meya logo, and other marks are trademarks of Root Labs OÜ. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission.

Meya may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., video tutorials, subscription management). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of these external services.
We use third-party service providers to operate the App (e.g., cloud storage, AI processing, analytics). These providers have their own terms and privacy policies, which you should review.
Inclusion of third-party links or services does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
Meya is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Root Labs OÜ, its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for:

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Root Labs OÜ regarding Meya.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our written consent. We may assign these Terms to any affiliate or successor without your consent.
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, war, pandemics, internet outages).
These Terms are provided in English. If translated into other languages, the English version prevails in case of conflict.
